November 15, 2018--7:46 a.m.

NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE

The rain will be coming to an end today, but colder temperatures are on the way.

The National Weather Service has issued a Freeze Warning from 11 p.m. Thursday until 8 a.m. Friday.

The warning area includes north and portions of central Georgia, along and north of a West Point to Macon to Louisville line, where temperatures will be in the upper 20s to lower 30s.

A Freeze Warning means sub-freezing temperatures are imminent or highly likely.

These conditions will kill crops and other sensitive vegetation.
